IntervalsIntervals:

This class combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises at 3 to 1 ratio. Work out on a step three minutes, then use weigths and exertubing to tone and strengthen for one minute. It's a complete cardiovascular and toning class. Finish it up with some abs work.

A cardiovascular workout, implementing simple but heart challenging steps, finishing up with some strength and abs work.


Kickbox - Kick BoxingKickbox

A high density workout, combining upper body moves from boxing and karate kicks. It works out every part of your body, especially your core. It's a non-stop class full of punches and kicks.Back to Top
